1. Eligibility & Account

• You must be 18+ (or have parental/guardian consent) to place orders or create an account.
• Provide accurate information (name, address, email: dipper.95-ants@icloud.com) and secure your login credentials.

2. Orders & Acceptance

• Placing an order constitutes a binding offer. We may reject orders (e.g., pricing errors, out-of-stock items) and will notify you promptly.
• Order acceptance is confirmed only via a shipping confirmation email (initial receipts are acknowledgments).

3. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are in USD, excluding taxes and shipping fees (see our Shipping Policy).
• Accepted payments: Credit cards, PayPal, Shopify Pay (securely processed via Shopify; no card data stored).

4. Products & Safety

• We strive for accurate product descriptions; minor variations may occur.
• You are responsible for proper use of camping gear and following safety guidelines. We are not liable for injuries from improper use.

5. Returns & Liability

• Returns/refunds follow our Return & Refund Policy (30-day window for eligible unused items).
• We are liable only for defective items (per return policy), not for indirect losses or damages from outdoor conditions.
