Shipping Policy

We ensure your camping gear arrives safely for your outdoor adventures. Here’s our key shipping information.

1. Shipping Coverage

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Processing & Delivery

  • Processing: 1–2 business days from our Encino facility (5754 BIANCA AVE, ENCINO, CA 91316-1303). All camping gear is inspected for quality before dispatch.
  • Delivery Times:
    • Contiguous U.S.: 3–5 business days (Standard Shipping)
    • Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico: 5–8 business days (Standard Shipping)
    • Expedited Shipping (optional): 1–3 business days for contiguous U.S. ($12.99 flat rate)

3. Shipping Fees

  • Contiguous U.S.: Free Standard Shipping on orders over $60; $5.99 flat rate for orders under $60.
  • Alaska/Hawaii/Puerto Rico: $15.99 flat rate (no minimum order). Oversized items (e.g., tents, large coolers) may have additional $10 handling fee.

4. Tracking & Support

  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking number will be sent once your order ships. Track via your Daniel Store account or carrier’s website.
  • Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery by emailing dipper.95-ants@icloud.com (include order number and photos).
