Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to have peace of mind with your camping gear purchases. Here are our simple return and exchange guidelines.

1. Eligibility

Return Window: 30 days from delivery date.
Item Condition: Must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging with all parts and tags (e.g., unopened tents, unused sleeping bags, unmounted cookware).
Defective Items: Eligible for free return/exchange within 15 days (covers manufacturing flaws like broken tent poles, leaking sleeping pads, or faulty stove valves).

2. How to Initiate

Email dipper.95-ants@icloud.com with your order number and return/exchange reason. We will send a Return Authorization (RA) number and our return address:

3. Fees & Shipping

Non-defective Returns: You cover return shipping costs (oversized items like tents may have additional fees); a 7% restocking fee applies.
Defective Items: We provide a pre-paid shipping label—no cost to you.
Exchanges: Free shipping for replacement items once the returned product is inspected and approved.
